Two Gifts for The Sacral Chakra

Two Gifts for The Sacral Chakra

Chakra Healing Gifts

chakra healing“Never apologize for showing feeling. When you do so, you apologize for the truth.” ~ Benjamin Disraeli

Abundance is a part of nature and as you Feel, Create, and continue to Express your own Joy — abundance will follow you wherever you go.  It has been fun sharing tips & secrets during the second energy center series on how to keep the energy flowing through this important sacral chakra. And before we move onto the 3rd energy center, I’m giving you not one but TWO gifts.  See, abundance IS everywhere.  Check them out and enJOY.

Gift #1: 2nd Chakra Mantra Cheat Sheet

The first gift is a unique sacral chakra screensaver that you can put on your desktop (or print and take with you).  Let it  serve as reminder that you have a right to choose what brings you joy, play like a child, and act on your feelings.  When I need to focus on this energy center, I use pick the inspirational phrases that have help me vibrate higher so my energy can pulsate and flow. Enjoy the freedom these mantras bring you.

You can download the screensaver inside the community forum. Just click on the community forum tab at the top of any page and you’ll see the sacral chakra screensaver is now in the screensaver section at the top of the page.

Gift #2: Mini Yoga Video for the Sacral Chakra

The second gift is a short yoga exercises video.  I used creative energy” to develop this mini yoga sequence to unleash the energy in your sacral chakra. That tricky 2nd chakra will stay stuck deep in the body unless you release the grip of the psoas muscle and flow with its natural element of water. You’ll notice I even wore my orange yoga pants since this is the color of the second chakra.  The subtle things in life can have a powerful influence. This yummy little yoga video can also be found inside the community forum under the topic “7 Natural Energy Center Training/Sacral Chakra Yoga Sequence”.

I believe the one important lesson we can all learn about the sacral chakra is to feel emotion and choose actions that bring us happiness. How to choose?  Embrace your unique feelings and find the JOY that you deserve in your life!

Understanding what brings us joy is a critical first step to accessing our internal power, and next week we will move on to the third energy center, the Manipura Chakra. It is the energy center of our own personal power.  Get ready to turn up the heat and feel the fire.

Over the last few weeks we’ve provided some tools for analyzing the energy in the root and sacral chakras, and we provided some techniques to rebalance the energy when needed. The yoga videos and inspiring screensavers are in the forum and the articles are on the website when you have a chance to read them.

As you know, the flow of energy in each center can shift daily with each emotion felt and life situation experienced so we all need rebalancing in our foundational chakras at times to truly manifest and make things happen.  You can find the tools and tips are on the website when you need them.  And as we strive for more in life, a good reminder is that all this is not about achieving a state of perfect energy in the root and sacral chakras. Rather, it is about working out the kinks so energy can flow easier to higher levels.  This feeling of ease and balance in life will help you move forward.

Movement is better than being stuck in perfectionism.

And as we move onto the higher energy centers, we feel more empowered and understand the importance of taking care of ourselves at the fundamental levels.

So, with that in mind, I’d love for you to join us over the next few weeks as we dive into some powerful techniques for unblocking and unleashing the energy in our higher chakras. We are stepping into some amazing power within us that can have a profound effect on how we live our lives and I’m excited to announce that we will be introducing some new and exciting contributors to help us along the way.

Please enjoy the video and screensaver on the sacral chakra and until next week,

Namaste and smiles to you,

Wendy
